Prasant Gondipalli is a Managing Partner at Siltstone Capital with over 20 years of operational and financial leadership experience across private equity and consulting.

Before joining Siltstone, Mr. Gondipalli spent a decade as an operational executive within Platinum Equity portfolio companies, where he held senior leadership positions including Interim CEO, CFO, SVP of Transformation, and Corporate Controller. He also served as SVP of Portfolio Operations at Platinum, leading investment thesis execution for new acquisitions.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gondipalli has developed extensive expertise in global businesses across diverse sectors, including SaaS, healthcare, energy, and industrial services.

Prior to his private equity career, Mr. Gondipalli worked in Alvarez & Marsal's restructuring practice, providing corporations and private equity firms with interim management and advisory services focused on performance improvement, cash flow optimization, and cost reduction initiatives. His professional background also includes roles at FTI Consulting and Ernst & Young in their financial due diligence and audit practices. Mr. Gondipalli holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with Distinction, concentrating in Accounting, from the Goizueta School at Emory University. Mr. Gondipalli is a CPA (unregistered) with the State of Illinois.
