Mr. Harding is the Head of Land Management for Siltstone. Mr. Harding is in charge of managing both of Siltstone’s field offices (located in Cambridge, Ohio and Parkersburg, West Virginia) and overseeing the over 2,000 acres of surface rights owned by Siltstone in the Appalachian Basin. Prior to joining Siltstone, Mr. Harding owned and operated Advanced Mechanical for over twenty years. Prior to Advanced Mechanical, Mr. Harding taught Advanced HVACR Technology at the Washington County Career Center. Mr. Harding attended Zane State where he received a dual degree in HVAC diagnostics and Business Management.
