Ms. Cao is the Chief Operating Officer of Siltstone Capital. Ms. Cao has over 15 years of experience in portfolio management, financial analysis, business development and investor relations. Prior to joining Siltstone, Ms. Cao was a Director of Corporate Finance at Prudential Capital Group, the private lending arm of Prudential Financial, Inc. At Prudential, Ms. Cao was part of a team responsible for the origination, underwriting and structuring of privately placed senior debt and mezzanine investments, as well as the management of a $1 billion fixed income portfolio.

Ms. Cao was previously an Investment Analyst at Capricorn Management, LLC, a large California-based family office, where she analyzed investments in the real estate, energy, infrastructure and commodities sectors. Ms. Cao began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch in the Global Energy Group in Houston, TX. She received both her M.B.A. in Finance and her BBA from The University of Texas in Austin. Ms. Cao also received a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship. She is active in the community and serves on the board of Bo’s Place, a grief and bereavement non-profit in Houston.
